Terms & Conditions

1. All players must have an official handicap and be a current member of a golf club.
2. All events are played under The Rules of Golf as laid down by The R & A.
3. By entering our TPC Twos events, you agree to pay the event entry fee detailed on the relevant event page.
4. GPS and distance-measuring devices are permitted for measuring distance only.
5. The event format is Stableford, played from the competition tees.
6. Each event will be run as an official open competition and players’ scores will count towards their national handicap.
7. All entrants must be at least 16 years old.
8. If an event is cancelled due to bad weather or a course closure, it will be rescheduled to a later date.
9. If a rescheduled date is unsuitable, a voucher will be provided to replay the course in your own time.
10. To preserve the integrity of the events, the organisers reserve the right to adjust a handicap considered inaccurate in relation to a player’s demonstrated ability.
11. If you qualify for the National Finals, you may not play from a higher handicap than the one from which you qualified.
12. This is a pairs event. Only the pair that qualified may play in the National Finals; players cannot be substituted.
13. The Grand Prize includes five nights’ accommodation at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and three rounds of golf, including the Players Stadium Course, Dye’s Valley Course and St. Johns Golf & Country Club. Car hire, golf buggies and range balls are included. Flights are not included.
14. The tournament committee may disqualify a player or pair if it determines that a handicap is inaccurate in relation to actual playing ability. It may consider handicap history, previous results, sanctions, the relevance of qualifying competitions completed within the previous 36 months, public complaints and other handicap inconsistencies brought to its attention.
15. Players must behave professionally and sportsmanlike. Prohibited conduct includes repeated abusive language, throwing items in anger, overt rudeness, deliberate damage to property or the natural environment, cheating, physical attacks or threatening behaviour, and excessive alcohol use at the tournament site.

Disqualified players forfeit any prizes or merchandise and will not receive a refund of entry fees.
