The Courses

The King’s Course, Gleneagles

Designed by the legendary James Braid and opened in 1919, the King’s Course is widely regarded as one of the finest inland courses in the world. Known for its sweeping fairways, strategic bunkering, and panoramic views of the Ochil Hills and Grampians, it has hosted some of golf’s greatest players and events. The King’s remains a pure test of golf, combining beauty with challenge in equal measure.

Auchterarder Golf Club

Sitting on the edge of the Gleneagles Estate, Auchterarder is a course rich in charm and history. Dating back to 1892, it offers a beautifully maintained parkland layout with tree-lined fairways, subtle greens, and stunning views over the Perthshire countryside. Its friendly atmosphere and authentic Scottish character make it a wonderful complement to the grandeur of Gleneagles.
